Kim Seybert started off designing beautiful dresses and beaded evening gowns, but was always drawn to dinnerware. Wanting to bring the same artisanal workmanship of those hand-beaded gowns to her home, she got to work designing everything from pillows to placemats for her apartment, launching her eponymous label in 1998. At a time when everything on the market was minimal and sleek, she broke the mold with a collection of boldly-designed plates, napkins, and table runners that are ready to redefine what it means to set the table.
